What Is Compound? Unlike standard chocolate, compound uses cocoa powder instead of chocolate liquor, and oil instead of cocoa butter. This means compound can be melted down without tempering and will still set up just fine.
The Strawberry Compound produces an amazing finish to you baking creations, great shine, flavour and texture.
